Mr. Shackelford has served as motivational consultant to numerous social service agencies throughout the Midwest and Southern portions of the United States.  Additionally, he is the founder and president of Black Brothers Involvement/Black Sisters Involvement (BBI/BSI) in Dayton, Ohio. This grass-roots organization, which started in 1987, confronts the problems of our youthful segment of society by conducting motivational workshops and seminars.
